PRIVACY POLICY
SUCCESS BROKER COACHING will manage customer and personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. The following principles apply:
- SUCCESS BROKER COACHING shall not use or disclose personal information about an individual for a purpose other than the original purpose of collection.
- Authorised staff may have access to hard copy and electronic customer information only if the information sought is necessary for an approved and legitimate administrative action or other SUCCESS BROKER COACHING business.
- Customer Information shall be stored in a secure area and with safeguards implemented to minimise loss, unauthorised access and use, modification or misuse. This shall include storage of paper records in metal filing cabinets and daily backup of electronic records.
Release of information within SUCCESS BROKER COACHING:
- Release to staff: for the conduct and administration of SUCCESS BROKER COACHING functions including training, fee collection, equity and access etc.
- Research purposes: the collated data shall be anonymous and presented in statistical form.
